隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

KAIRISE（以下稱「我們」）提供按摩、SPA 與理療業者使用的預約管理平台。我們遵守澳洲《1988 年隱私法》（Privacy Act 1988）及澳洲隱私原則（APPs）。

KAIRISE provides booking management software for massage, spa and allied health businesses. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. 我們蒐集的資料 Information we collect

• 業主與團隊成員：姓名、電子郵件、電話、登入資料、商家資料（ABN、地址）。
• 店家的顧客：姓名、聯絡方式、預約紀錄、付款紀錄，以及店家輸入的健康／SOAP 病歷與表單。
• 使用紀錄：裝置、瀏覽器、操作紀錄，用於安全與除錯。
• Business owners and team members: name, email, phone, login and business details. Clients of businesses: contact details, bookings, payments, and health/SOAP records entered by the business. Usage and device data for security and troubleshooting.

2. 角色說明 Our role

店家顧客的資料由店家擁有與控制，KAIRISE 僅代為處理與保存。顧客如需查閱或更正資料，請直接聯絡該店家。Client data belongs to and is controlled by the business; KAIRISE processes it on the business's behalf.

3. 資料用途 How we use information

• 提供預約、結帳、報表、提醒通知等服務功能。
• 帳號驗證、安全防護、客服與系統改善。
• 我們不出售個人資料，也不將其用於第三方廣告。We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Google 使用者資料 Google user data

店家若選擇連接 Google 商家檔案，我們會在其授權下存取 Google Business Profile（business.manage）資料，僅用於在 KAIRISE 內顯示與同步該店家的商家資訊、評論與成效數據。

KAIRISE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared except as needed to provide the feature. Owners may disconnect at any time and the stored tokens are deleted.

5. 第三方服務 Service providers

我們使用雲端主機、資料庫、電子郵件、AI 分析與付款處理等服務供應商，資料可能儲存於澳洲境外，我們會要求供應商採取合理的保護措施。Data may be stored outside Australia with providers bound by reasonable safeguards.

6. 保存與安全 Retention & security

資料以加密連線傳輸，並以存取權限控管；帳號終止後，店家可要求刪除資料，法規要求保存者除外（例如醫療與稅務紀錄）。

7. 您的權利 Your rights

您可要求查閱、更正或刪除個人資料。若對我們的處理方式不滿，可向我們投訴，或向澳洲資訊專員辦公室（OAIC, oaic.gov.au）申訴。
