服務條款 Terms of Service

使用 KAIRISE 即表示您同意以下條款。By using KAIRISE you agree to these terms.
1. 服務內容 The service
KAIRISE 是提供給按摩、SPA 與理療業者的線上預約、結帳、庫存、病歷與報表管理軟體（SaaS）。
2. 帳號 Accounts
您須提供真實資料並妥善保管登入資訊，並對帳號下所有團隊成員的操作負責。You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. 訂閱與付款 Subscription & payment
- 新帳號享 30 天免費試用。
- 月租 A$69（含 3 間分店），第 4 間起每間每月加收 A$10，目前以銀行轉帳付款。
- 逾期付款享 7 天寬限期，之後帳號轉為唯讀，完成付款即恢復。
- 30-day free trial; A$69/month incl. 3 locations, A$10 per extra location; 7-day grace period before read-only access. Prices include GST where applicable.
4. 您的資料 Your data
您輸入的商家與顧客資料歸您所有。您保證已依法取得顧客同意（包括健康資料），並遵守澳洲隱私法規。處理方式詳見隱私權政策。
5. 資料匯入 Data migration
使用智慧搬家功能匯入舊系統或網站資料時，您保證有權使用該資料，且不違反原平台的使用條款。You warrant you have the right to import any data you provide.
6. 可接受使用 Acceptable use
不得利用本服務從事違法行為、傳送垃圾訊息、試圖存取其他店家資料或干擾系統運作。
7. 醫療免責 Clinical disclaimer
SOAP、臨床報告與 AI 產生的內容僅為紀錄輔助，不構成醫療建議；專業判斷與紀錄正確性由執業人員負責。
8. 責任限制 Limitation of liability
在澳洲消費者法（Australian Consumer Law）允許範圍內，我們對間接損失不負責任，總賠償責任以您過去 12 個月支付的費用為上限。Nothing excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. 終止 Termination
您可隨時停止使用；若違反條款，我們得暫停或終止帳號。
10. 準據法 Governing law
本條款適用澳洲昆士蘭州法律。Governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
